☆Recurring cleaning ( 2hours minimum)
(1) 1 person job. $70 per hour per cleaner
(2) 2 people job. $140/ per hour
Here is sample price for regular cleaning after initial cleaning. ( bi-weekly or monthly)
Less than 1000sqft $140-$280
Less than 2000sqft $280-$350
More than 2000sqft $350-$420
Our cleaning included window sills, baseboard, dusting surfaces, whole floor(Vaccuming & mopping), bathroom, kicthen.
Interior window, exterior window, inside of refrigerator, inside of oven is not included recurring services. those are additional charge.
☆Move in-Move out cleaning
This is Sample price
Less than 1000sqft: $200-$400
Less than 2000sqft: $400-$600
More than 2000sqft: $600--
We basically charge by hour. Sample price is not included interior ,exterior window cleaning and steam carpet cleaning.
